XX411 History - Recovery October 1982

On 20th October 1982, XX411 was recovered from the Sea and is seen here on the Beaver slip in Stanley looking towards Moody Brook Barracks.

Looking across the harbour with Stanley on the right on this side of the harbour. Behind is the Beaver Hangar.

DeHavilland Beaver float planes operated from here prior to the adoption of Islander aircraft.
